Guidelines for Project Exhibition
1] Each team may comprise of minimum one member and a maximum of four members. Interdisciplinary teams comprising members from different branches are also allowed. |
2] Project competition is organized in hybrid mode [Online: 03/04/2025 & Offline: 04/03/2025]. |
3] Each team must submit the general electrical and networking infrastructure required for their project demonstration along with the registration form. |
4] The project synopsis has to be prepared in MS Power point format as per the template provided on: |

There is a need to encourage research and development activities amongst the budding engineers during the formative years of their undergraduate studies so that they begin their professional career well prepared with ideas and innovative skills. In order to provide impetus to the economic growth of the country and its development, it is important to promote leading edge innovation and technologies which are cost effective and appropriate for our environment.
This type of event will not only aims at identifying innovative and creative research projects undertaken by the students, but also to put on record an early recognition of students' innovation leading to startups This will surely inspire the students to mark the beginning step of a brilliant career and can invite national / global recognition by attending prestigious engineering fairs.
It encourages scientific investigations, researches and inventions aiming at the all-round development of the society. Prime objective of organizing this event is to strengthen the involvement in an entrepreneur activity, promote the innovative thinking and boost up the presentation skills of student.
